Open Settings → Account.

Signing in

stagewise uses passwordless email authentication:

Enter your email

Type your email in the sign-in form.

Receive OTP

A 6-digit one-time password is sent to your email.

Enter the code

Enter the OTP to complete authentication.
No password needed. Each sign-in generates a fresh OTP.

Account details

Once signed in, the account page shows:
  • Email — Your registered email
  • Plan — Current subscription tier
  • Status — Active, expired, etc.
  • Expiration — End of current billing period
  • Machine ID — Unique device identifier

Usage tracking

Usage bars show consumption across rate-limit windows:
  • Credits — Remaining prepaid balance
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly — Percentage consumed in each window, with reset timers
Color coding:
  • Green — Under 80% consumed
  • Yellow — 80–100% consumed
  • Red — Rate limit reached

Console

Click Open Console to access the stagewise console for billing, subscription management, and detailed usage history.

Signing out

Click Sign out to deauthenticate. Settings, workspaces, and chat history are preserved locally. Signing back in restores access to the stagewise Account managed inference service.

Using stagewise without an account

Skip authentication and configure BYOK for all providers. In BYOK-only mode, no requests go through the stagewise managed service.
