Signing in

stagewise uses passwordless email authentication:

Enter your email

Type your email address in the sign-in form.

Receive OTP

A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your email.

Enter the code

Enter the 6-digit OTP to complete authentication.
No password is needed. Each sign-in generates a fresh OTP.

Account details

Once signed in, the account page displays:
  • Email — Your registered email address
  • Plan — Current subscription tier (e.g. Free, Pro)
  • Status — Whether the subscription is active
  • Expiration — When the current billing period ends
  • Machine ID — A unique identifier for this device

Usage tracking

The usage section shows your current consumption across rate-limit windows:
  • Credits — Remaining prepaid balance (displayed as a dollar amount)
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly windows — Percentage of your rate limit consumed in each window, with reset timers
Usage bars show color-coded status:
  • Green — Under 80% consumed
  • Yellow — Between 80–100% consumed
  • Red — Rate limit reached

Console

Click Open Console to open the stagewise console in a new tab. The console provides full account management including billing, subscription changes, and detailed usage history.

Signing out

Click Sign out to deauthenticate this device. Your settings, workspaces, and chat history are preserved locally — signing back in restores access to proxy-based inference.

Using stagewise without an account

You can use stagewise without signing in by configuring BYOK (Bring Your Own Key). In BYOK mode, requests go directly to the provider’s API using your key — no stagewise account needed.
